World Mental Health Day
On 10 October, we mark the World Mental Health Day.
World Mental Health Day gives us an opportunity to talk, to raise public awareness of mental health, to combat its stigmatization and to remember how to reach out for help and support if needed, because everyone has the right to live a mentally healthy life.
What can be done to create a more supportive and inclusive environment for mental health in the workplace?
- Break the taboo on mental illness and encourage non-judgmental listening.
- ASTF trainings help to raise openness and understanding.
- Mental health first aid training;
- Burn-out prevention;
- Stress management;
- Lighthouse program;
- Thriving abroad program.
We also offer psychosocial counseling and health coaching support for employees and Managers who struggle with conflicts, chronical stress or impacts of life events on their physiological and mental health.
- Support mental health in your workplace and make a difference for your employees.
Mental health is important in the workplace, and we need to talk about it early and openly. Just starting the conversation can make a difference. It can lead to the support that people need, simply be a relief to know that they’re not alone.
We know this isn’t easy, but we have been working since 1994 to help our member companies to overcome this hurdle. Please get in touch with us if you would like to find out more about how we can support your organization.
